+# IDAS Input Data
+
+Keep bidding input Excel files here instead of embedding bid values in config.
+
+## Suggested structure
+
+- `data/idas/bidding/single_bid/`
+- `data/idas/bidding/block_bid/`
+
+## Naming
+
+Name each file by TAC ID when possible:
+
+- `GUJC10010001.xlsx`
+- `CHHC10110001.xlsx`
+- `APTS10240001.xlsx`
+
+## Config link
+
+The run manifest lives in:
+
+- `config/products/idas.json`
+
+Each manifest entry points to:
+
+- `tm_id`
+- `tac_id`
+- `excel_file`
+- optional `sheet_name`
+
+This lets the automation run one TAC after another without hardcoding bid data into config.
